MODIFIKASI SKALA INDONESIAN TEACHER’S JOB MOTIVATION

Motivasi kerja guru dapat dipahami sebagai dorongan yang kuat dari dipertahankan secara berkelanjutan untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah. Tingkat motivasi diukur dengan skala Teacher’s Job Motivation telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah tersusunnya alat ukur modifikasi valid dan reliable diterapkan pada di Indonesia. Proses dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap meliputi penerjemahan penyesuaian, content validity 6 orang ahli analisa aiken’s V, ujicoba 106 sampel Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta akhir reliabilitas cronbach alpha serta perhitungan indeks daya beda aitem. Hasil diperoleh jumlah aitem sebanyak 18 Properti psikometris dimiliki nilai validitas V bergerak 0.79 sampai 0.92, 0.923 sementara terendah 0.470 tertinggi 0.714. Kesimpulan dinyatakan dipergunakan pengukuran guru.____________________________________________________________________Teacher work motivation can be understood as a strong encouragement from teachers that is maintained on an ongoing basis to achieve school goals.
